1. Policy Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules governing the use of Gradenest school management services, portal registries, and score input dashboards.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users of Gradenest may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to bypass role-based access configurations or inspecting unauthorized registries.
• Uploading files containing viruses, Trojan horses, or corrupted database streams.
• Inputting false continuous assessments or fabricated exam logs to manipulate school-wide rankings.
• Engaging in credential stuffing or automated brute force attacks against parent/teacher portals.

3. System Auditing

Gradenest maintains active logging of all user requests. We reserve the right to audit logs and suspend accounts of users who violate these guidelines.
