To safeguard student continuous assessments and marks input by teachers throughout the day, we perform automated hourly incremental database saves. This ensures that in the event of an emergency, maximum data loss is limited to under 60 minutes.
Every 24 hours, Gradenest generates a full system snapshot. Daily snapshots are retained for 30 days. Term-end broadsheets and consolidated result card databases are archived securely for up to 1 year.
