Refund Policy

1. Subscription Renewals

Gradenest subscriptions are billed on a term-by-term or annual recurring basis. Renewals occur before the start of each new academic term to ensure uninterrupted portal availability.

2. Cancellation Guidelines

Schools can cancel their subscription at any point. Upon cancellation, access to portals continues through the end of the paid billing period. After the billing period, databases are archived for 30 days before secure deletion.

3. Refund Entitlement

SaaS subscription licenses are generally non-refundable once the academic term has commenced. If there is a billing discrepancy or duplicate payment, please notify our accounts desk for adjustment credits.
