1. Gradenest Brand Assets

All platform logos, trademarks, website layout code, graphics, calculation engines, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Gradenest Technologies.

2. School Crests & Trademarks

Subscribing schools retain full ownership of their crest logos, trademarks, and uploaded assets. By uploading a crest logo to customize report card templates, the school grants Gradenest a limited license to render and print the logo on the school's behalf.

3. Feedback Ownership

Any feature requests, suggestions, or feedback provided to Gradenest can be integrated into the platform to improve school operations without licensing obligations or royalty fees.
