Terms of Service
1. Account Terms
Schools must register unique accounts using verified administrative email addresses. School proprietors are responsible for ensuring that logins assigned to teachers, headmasters, and registrars are kept secure.
2. Subscription & Payments
Gradenest operates on a term-by-term or annual subscription license. Subscriptions must be renewed before the start of the end-of-term examination weeks to ensure continuous portal and grading service access.
3. School Responsibilities
Schools must guarantee that all student roster listings and continuous assessment scores entered are accurate and comply with local educational standards. Gradenest is not liable for errors in school-entered data.
4. Acceptable System Use
Users may not perform network overloading checks, attempt credential stuffing attacks, bypass role authorization settings, or upload malicious files to student directories.
5. Liability & Disputes
Gradenest is provided as a SaaS application. Any disputes arising from billing, data processing, or outages are subject to mediation in accordance with regional regulations specified in our service contract.
